We offer therapy and assessment to children, adolescents, adults and families in the Niagara region. In addition, we offer internet-based treatment options to Ontario residents. Cognitive behavioral therapy is our primary therapy modality but we also offer additional forms of intervention to support clients with their specific goals and concerns. We offer a wide range of assessment services, including determining whether learning disabilities, ADHD, mood disorders, and autism may be present. We also complete assessments to determine cognitive and adaptive functioning, as required by various funding agencies.
Our ClientsClients present with a wide range of concerns and challenges. Some of these include anxiety disorders (e.g. obsessive compulsive disorder, social phobia, separation anxiety), depression, behavioural difficulties, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and family conflict.
Our CliniciansAll clinicians within the practice have completed, or are completing, graduate degrees in psychology. In addition to fully licensed clinical and counselling psychologists, and psychologists in the final stages of their training (their supervised practice year), we also offer placements to students in doctoral programs.
